My log-in username and/or password does NOT seem to be working, what should I do?
The password is case sensitive, check to make sure the CAPS lock is not on and try again. If this does not work, Genetica can re-set your password (the system will lock you out if you try too many incorrect passwords) – contact us.
I am able to log in, but I don’t see my recent sample submission files, what should I do?

I would like to change my password, what should I do?
You have the option to change your password at any time once you log into the portal. If you have lost your password, please contact us and we will reset it for you.
